Equipment Installation/Millwright and Rigging
Our rigging teams are trained to complete the most demanding task, on time and within budget. We quickly adapt to changes that occur in planning. Close quarters work and heavy rigging is everyday work for our experienced craftsmen. With careful planning and the right equipment, we are able to cut days off plant outage time. Design/Consulting
Eagle Industrial Contracting can supply many different design concepts for your company. Give us your concept or ideas and we can implement a design to reduce your production time and decrease overall cost. From automation to basic handling of parts, at Eagle we are committed to save you time and cost thru consulting and design. Our superior design capabilities add value to every aspect of the project. We are constantly growing to offer diversified services that meet every specific need. Prototype development enables your company to test new designs before implementing.

Sandblasting
Eagle Industrial Contracting offers a wide variety of sandblasting options with several different types of media. Depending on surface texture and requirements. Our facility has a 40' X 20' X 20' Blast Room that allows us to save media for reuse which reduces cost. Our portable equipment allows us to blast on site for parts or equipment too large to transport. Along with our blasting service, we also offer priming and painting.

Machine Rebuilding
Equipment and machine rebuilding is one of the corner stones of Eagle Industrial Contracting. With our database of OEM suppliers we can refurbish equipment back to their original specs. If equipment is outdated or parts are unavailable, we can fabricate or machine new parts back to original dimensions. In most cases machined parts will be better than the original.

Maintenance
Eagle Industrial Contracting employs a fulltime staff of maintenance technicians. We provide preventative maintenance programs for several different applications. We also provide emergency work in case of unexpected breakdowns. Our highly skilled mechanics provide quality workmanship and immediate response to resolve any facility problem.

Fabrication
Our fabrication facility can handle most any structural project from mezzanines, platforms, stairs, handrails, and material handling equipment all compliant with OSHA standards. Our fabrication equipment allows use to cut, punch, or burn parts quickly to reduce labor cost. Our staff of certified welders insures that every project meets our quality standards. Fabrication of specialty items are everyday task for our experienced craftsman. Whether fabricating from your drawing and specifications or from as built drawings keep us in mind for your next fabrication project.

Piping
Piping is another area that Eagle Industrial Contracting excels in, our certified pipe welders provide quality work in a timely manner. From threaded pipe to welded pipe or mechanical coupled piping, we follow guidelines and specifications issued for each project. Piping requirements vary from project to project depending on product or process. Our experienced fitters and welders can adapt to whatever requirements are needed. All of our pipe welders are certified in S.M.A.W. in accordance to AWS or ASME Section lX A.W.S.D. 1.2000

The Machine Shop
The machine shop has approximately 10,000 square feet dedicated to precision metal working machines such as Lathes, Milling Machines, Drill Presses, Key Seaters, Iron Worker, ETC. Capabilities include turning up to 38.5" diameter X 216" length. Milling 24" X 60". Our quality control department checks every part before released to our customers.
